Les first discovered the Island in 1979 while visiting from Edmonton and was drawn back year after year before making it his permanent home in 2004. Since then, he has become a trusted, top-producing Realtor in the Oceanside area, bringing over 20 years of local real estate expertise along with decades of sales and management experience to help clients achieve exceptional results.

For Dave, the Island has always felt like home. With family roots here dating back generations and summers spent in places like Maple Bay in Duncan and Kye Bay in Comox, the connection was always strong. After building a successful career in sales in Alberta, he made the move to Vancouver Island in 2020 and now calls Nanoose Bay home. With several years of real estate experience and a passion for helping people, Dave is committed to providing personalized service, strong communication, and a smooth, positive experience for every client.
